1. Smart Refund Eligibility

Our standard service is free of charge and therefore non-refundable. We employ a Smart Refund Policy for our paid Pro plans based on usage. You are eligible for a full refund of your Pro Plan subscription under the following conditions:

• You have not used any premium templates.
• You have not used the AI Resume or Cover Letter generators.
• You have not downloaded any PDF documents.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

If you have used any of the premium features (such as generating content with AI, downloading PDFs, or selecting a premium template), your subscription becomes non-refundable. The system automatically tracks feature usage to determine eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible based on the criteria above, you can request a refund directly from the Pricing page using the "Request Refund" link, or by contacting our support team.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed immediately, but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
