We offer both Free and Pro subscription plans. The Free plan provides basic access to the resume builder and 2 free templates. The Pro Plan ($9/month) unlocks full access to 30 premium templates, Cover Letter Generation, AI tools, and PDF export functionality.
Payments for the Pro Plan are processed securely via Stripe. We employ a Smart Refund Policy. Refunds are strictly governed by usage. If you subscribe to Pro but do not use any premium features (templates, AI tools, PDF downloads), you are eligible for a refund. If you use any premium feature, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
In no event shall ResumeBuilder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
